I’m a serious knitter and crochet, but I don’t spend every second of every day thinking about knitting, I do have other interests believe it or not! This is why I wanted to create a place where modern knitters and crocheters could come and enjoy inspiration for all aspects of their lives.

I also wanted to make it easy for everyone to learn a new skill and reap the benefits and community of knitting/crocheting as a hobby. I love making tutorials that are to-the-point, enjoyable, and easy to understand even if you’ve never touched a skein of yarn.

This site was made to accompany my YouTube channel. All videos you find on YouTube will have a matching post on this site where you’ll find any written patterns, tips, items mentioned, and additional information.

My Instagram is also great resource. There I’ll post quick video versions of patterns as well as life and project updates.

• I learned to crochet when I was 9 and knit when I was 11
• I love Scandinavian inspired design and knits (I’m half Norwegian)
• My Norwegian grandmother taught me how to knit, so I knit Continental/Norwegian style
• I’m an aspiring web developer
• I don’t think I’m a minimalist, but I love the idea and minimalist style

I believe in quality over quantity and like to take time making every post informative and worth your time! Because of this, I usually only post twice a week (one knit/crochet post and one lifestyle post).
